  1. 01

    Kickoff and scoping

In the fall each team meets its nonprofit, learns how they work today, and agrees on what to build.

  2. 02

    Workshops and events

Developers and designers will partake in workshops, social events, and check-ins.

  3. 03

    Build through the year

Regular team and nonprofit meetings move the product from a first prototype to something staff can use.

  4. 04

    Handoff

In the spring the team hands the finished product to the nonprofit, with the documentation they need to keep running it.
